A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Cecil has been active in the Kitchener Waterloo community for over 25 years. In 2009, drawing on 20 years of working with a variety of folks in different industries to solve business and financial problems, Cecil co-founded Spirited Leaders to be an education resource for entrepreneurial business leaders who want to champion change. During 12 years leading Certified Financial Planners in retail banking, and six years industrial sales management, Cecil crafted dynamic sales strategies, and developed and implemented effective training programs. An entertaining and engaging speaker, he inspires audiences with fresh ideas that work. Today, as President and CEO of Spirited Leaders Corporation, Ceil continues to inspire entrepreneurial leaders, working with them to define the heart of their businesses and align their goals with t4heir strengths and values.
