About Us

Spirited Leaders is striving to be Canada’s premier developer of entrepreneurial business leaders.  It is our belief that everything that is accomplished in a business or organization grows out of the vision and passion of a courageous leader who is focused on self education, self organization and self discipline.

What we do

Spirited Leaders partners with business owners and leaders who place value on both planning the work and working the plan.  We simplify the process of setting precise strategic plans in place to guide the daily decisions of the business leader and all of their followers.  With a clear picture of the end point in place, people in the organization begin to understand how their daily actions are connected to the achievement of corporate and individual goals.  Once the end point has been established, tools and procedures are implemented to daily measure vital actions, providing prompt feedback to the leader on the achievement of results relative to the plan.

Who we are

Spirited Leaders is comprised of serial entrepreneurs, experienced business leaders, and blue-sky philosophers, working together to educate and inspire you to move your business from where it is now to what it can achieve.

Importance of community

Spirited Leaders objective is to help business leaders and emerging leaders realize their potential by helping them convert knowledge into tangible action.  The impact of a strong leader is never isolated within the business.  Their strength of character and leadership skills is demonstrated in all areas of their life, benefiting interpersonal relationships and the broader community.

Spirited Leaders’ people endeavor to lead by example by contributing time and expertise to various groups in the community, including Leadership Waterloo Region, the Centre for Family Business, Chambers of Commerce in Kitchener – Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and Brantford as well as charitable initiatives such as Supportive Housing of Waterloo, Bracelets of Hope and Rotary International.
